SWARUP TALUKDER
SRI SWARUP TALUKDER (Managing Director)

Field of work : Business Planning, Design, Marketing and Production planning.

He is the pioneer of Transformer Industry in Howrah and more then 100 direct employment is created under his leadership. Transformers manufactured by him are supplied to Arunachal Pradesh, Gujrat, Assam, Goa, Orissa, Jharkhand, Andhra, Bihar etc.
Outside India Transformers are exported to Soudi Arabia and Bangladesh. He is the first Designer and manufacturer of submersible Arc - furnace transformers in eastern India.

The most remarkable achievement of Sri Swarup Talukder is in the field of Automatic Voltage Regulation and Transformer with in build Voltage stabilizer. This product became very popular (6KV, 11KV, 33KV) consumers.

ANJAN KUMAR GANGULY
SRI ANJAN KUMAR GANGULY (Director Finance)

He became the proprietor of M/s. N.C.GANGULI & CO since 12.07.1994.
Statutory auditors of three companies, out of that ONTARACK SYSTEMS LIMITED is a BSE LISTED company, having branch office at Chennai, New Delhi & Japan. He was also auditing consolidated accounts of group companies, not only that he is continuing in the same job for last six years & statutory auditors of said company for last 12 years as a whole. He had handled public issue formalities of the said company.

Other legal matters like VAT, service tax, central excise can be handled by him and some times by my assistant.

SRI BIKASH KUMAR SEN (Director Production)

In his leadership M/S Truvolt, M/S Delta Power Process and M/s Makpower Transformer Pvt. Ltd achieved a remarkable growth.
Sri Bikash Kumar Sen and Sri Swarup Talukder is well known pair in Transformer industry. The association has developed some very useful New products i. e. Transformer with in-build Voltage regulator (6.6KV, 11KV, 33KVand higher voltage also). They started to produce different special transformers which are the first time in eastern part of India.

SRI JAYANTA SENGUPTA (Director Marketing)

Field of work :
a) Design and manufacture of Invertors, Battery Chargers, and Servo controlled Voltage stabilizers, and transformers of different rating.
b) Installation, commissioning and testing of Different traction Sub-stations (Voltage rating 132kv/27kv) under Eastern Railway.
c) Repairing & Maintenance of High Voltage Switch Gear up to 132KV range.
d) Overhead crane (EOT) repairing and maintenance up to 100 ton capacity.
e) Designed and manufactured different type of LT control panel.Achievement: Sri Sengupta developed different kinds of inverters and High Ampere Battery chargers. He is a very successful entrepreneur in power electronics field.

SRI SUMOY KUMAR BANERJEE (Works Manager)

M/S KVA Process & Engineering, Howrah.
Worked as production Engineer and looking after Production and Testing of all kinds of transformers including Dry type transformers.
Associated as Technical team member of Mr. Swarup Talukder & Sri Bikash Kumar Sen. He was working as Assistant Designer and associated with M/S Makpower Transformers Pvt. Ltd. and M/S Tesla Transformers and Electricals. He is the active partner of all the new achievement of the enterprising technical team. Now he is working as Works Manager of M/S Century Transformers Pvt. Ltd.
